Welcome to the Workforce Training Institute, Inter-City Services, Inc. (ICS)
ICS is a non-profit, tax exempt, public benefit, charitable corporation 501(c)(3). Ways To Donate
Donate your talents and your time to help us in areas such as legal advice, printing services, graphic design, web development, or photography. One may also donate free goods or product such as computers for our lab. Send us a message via our contact us page to let us know what you would like to donate.
ICS is a designated beneficiary. Please refer to our “Book Number 15129,” when making your donation. State employees are encouraged to participate. You may designate a dollar amount from each paycheck to go directly to Inter-City Services, Inc., 3269 Adeline Street, Berkeley, CA 94703. One dollar per paycheck is hardly noticed by you, but collectively equates to a significant tax-exempt contribution to ICS.
ICS is continuously working to align itself with members of the corporate community who would like to become a sponsor of certain ICS events. This is an excellent way for corporations to obtain more community exposure. Corporations interested in becoming a sponsor should contact ICS at (510) 655-3552.

COVID-19 Site-Specific Protection Plan
COVID-19 spread is emotionally demanding for society-at-large, changing day-to-day life in extraordinary ways. Because of COVID-19, we have reduced our office hours for clients and visitors from 10 am to 4 pm. We accept clients by appointment only and have limited in-person visits to 10 individuals or less at any given time. To make an appointment, you can contact us by phone at (510) 655-3552 or by email at middeen@icsworks.com.
Upon arrival, individuals must adhere to a temperature check, wear a mask, and maintain at least 6 feet of distance when possible. We promote frequent and thorough hand washing by providing workers, customers, and worksite visitors with a place to wash their hands. To further reduce our risk of exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19, we will disinfect all workstations and public areas after every use.
ICS observes all local, county, state, and federal health and safety procedures to prevent further exposure to the virus. Our goal is to protect our staff and visitors from the further spread of the COVID-19 disease; therefore, we ask anyone who has symptoms or has contact with someone with COVID-19 to stay isolated. Thank You…
